  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can drained bean sprouts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. rice (not instant)
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Brown chuck in oil; drain off fat.

    Combine ground chuck with rest of ingredients in large bowl.

    Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until vegetables are done.
