Hamburger Enchiladas

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat and add rest of ingredients except cheese.

    Heat flour tortillas in skillet; lay tortillas in 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Roll meat and some cheese up in tortillas and layer in pan until pan is full.

    Pour leftover meat sauce over top of filled tortillas.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes; last few minutes sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until melted.
