- 6 Hass Avocados
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, Seeded And Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Directions

1Slice avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop into a bowl.

2Mash with a fork or potato masher until lightly chunky.

3Squeeze in lime juice (this will prevent the avocados from browning).

4Remove seeds from the tomatoes and dice.

5Chop onion into large chunks and place into a food processor to finely chop.

6Pull cilantro leaves from stems and finely chop.

7Add all ingredients into bowl.

8Add in salt and cayenne and mix well to combine all ingredients.

9Refrigerate for 1 hour.
