Hamburger Fried Rice

  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 3 spring green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 c. soy sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 3 c. rice, cooked

Directions

    Cook rice and set aside.

    Brown meat in skillet.

    Drain well. In separated skillets, cook 2 or 3 medium onions (more if you love onion) and peppers.

    On low heat, add 1/2 stick of butter or margarine and saute.
