- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 3 spring green onions, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 c. soy sauce
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 3 c. rice, cooked
Directions

1Cook rice and set aside.

2Brown meat in skillet.

3Drain well. In separated skillets, cook 2 or 3 medium onions (more if you love onion) and peppers.

4On low heat, add 1/2 stick of butter or margarine and saute.
