  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 14 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.

    Stir in flour, bouillon, mustard and steak sauce.

    Gradually stir in milk.

    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

    Lower heat and simmer 1 minute, continuing to stir.
