Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. hot fat
- 1 lb. ground steak
- 3 Tbsp. Bisquick or 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- box of Bisquick
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Make biscuit dough (see Bisquick package). Roll out 1/4-inch thick into a rectangle, 18 x 8-inches.

3Lightly brown onion in hot fat.

4Stir in round steak and brown.

5Mix in Bisquick, salt and pepper.

6Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick.

7Cool. Roll up dough like jelly roll, beginning with wide side. Seal ends. Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.

8Place cut side down on greased baking sheet.

9Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

10Serve hot with Quick Mushroom Sauce.
