  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 46 oz. tomato juice
  • 1 c. stewed canned tomatoes
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onions
  • 1 c. minced clams, drained
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 2 c. sliced cabbage
  • 2 c. green beans
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown beef and drain.
