  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 boxes chopped spinach
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small. can of mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozerella shredded cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cook meat, onions and garlic salt together, then drain.

    Cook spinach until tender, drain. Combine meat, spinach, soup, mushrooms and sour cream in a 2 qt. casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.
