- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside.

2Spray frying pan with Pam.

3Pat out hamburger into patties (about 3); put in pan and cook.

4When about half done, turn burgers over and put sliced onion on top and cook until burgers are done and onions are tender.

5Serve with rice and garden peas (or any vegetable you like).
