  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside.

    Spray frying pan with Pam.
  3. 3
    Pat out hamburger into patties (about 3); put in pan and cook.
  4. 4
    When about half done, turn burgers over and put sliced onion on top and cook until burgers are done and onions are tender.

    Serve with rice and garden peas (or any vegetable you like).
