  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. peas
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. water or beef broth
  • dash each of basil and savory

    Brown beef and onion in Dutch oven.
