- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 large potatoes
- beef bouillon cubes or instant
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 onion
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can peas
- 1 can corn
- 1 can pinto beans
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown hamburger and drain.

2Cook potatoes (in chunks) until tender.

3In small pan, melt 1/2 stick butter.

4Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 cups water and 4 bouillon cubes.

5Stir until thickened and cubes dissolve.

6Mix all together in pot and simmer.
