  • 10 lb. onion, chopped
  • 25 lb. hamburger meat
  • 20 lb. Irish potatoes
  • 2 gal. tomatoes, mashed
  • 2 gal. corn
  • 1 gal. small English peas
  • 1 gal. catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place onions and uncooked hamburger meat in a large pot and cover with water.

    Cook over low heat until onions are tender. Add potatoes, tomatoes, corn and English peas.

    Add catsup just before serving.

    Makes 8 to 10 gallons.

    Serves approximately 100 people.
