- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 or 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped, or can use minced onion
- 1 egg
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- enough milk to moisten bread pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In mixing bowl, slightly beat egg.

2Add bread pieces, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper; mix together.

3Add enough milk to moisten.

4Crumble ground chuck into bowl and mix well.

5Form into patties and fry in small amount of oil over medium heat.
