- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1In large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in margarine until meat is brown and onion tender.

2Drain off fat; add 2 tablespoons of fat or vegetable oil to skillet.

3Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.

4Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

6Stir in sour cream; heat through.

7Do not allow to boil.

8Serve over noodles.
