Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 c. chopped onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. red vinegar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 can Pet milk, soured with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (28 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

    Cook onions and mushrooms until tender.

    Add meat and cook until brown.

    Mix soup, flour, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add sour milk and noodles.

    Heat through and serve.
