  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 carton Sour Cream (8 Oz)
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 bag Extra Wide Egg Noodles

Directions

    Put on water for noodles & bring to a boil.

    Make noodles according to package directions.

    Brown ground beef & drain.

    Mix in soup & sour cream.

    Salt & pepper to taste.

    Simmer for about 5 minutes until the soup & sour cream are up to temperature.

    Serve over noodles.

    Also VERY yummy and more hearty over mashed potatoes.

    You can also add fresh mushrooms when youre browning the hamburger.
