  • 1 or 2 lb. ground chuck
  • sliced onions
  • chili beans to taste
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • chopped peppers
  • garlic to taste
  • Williams chili seasoning
  • chopped tomatoes or 1 can tomato juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions

    Brown ground chuck and onions; sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and peppers, then cook until brown. Add beans, chili powder and mustard; cook until boils. Add tomatoes and cook until you feel it's ready to eat.
