  • 1 pound Hamburger - 15% fat
  • 1 pint Button Mushroom
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 ounce Sour Cream
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Red Wine

    Dice Bacon

    Fry up

    Combine diced onions

    Fry till light brown

    Add Hamburg and Brown

    Stirr in Soup

    Add quartered mushrooms... sautee for 5 minutes

    Add Salt, Pepper and (optional) red wine to taste

    Add Sour Cream just before you serve
