- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck)
- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 large onions
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Boil cut up cabbage and onions in small amount of water.

2Boil until soft, adding tomatoes while cooking.

3Mix ground beef and rice into meatballs.

4Place in cooking pot.

5Cook on medium heat until meatballs are done, then simmer.
