  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck)
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 c. uncooked rice

Directions

    Boil cut up cabbage and onions in small amount of water.

    Boil until soft, adding tomatoes while cooking.

    Mix ground beef and rice into meatballs.

    Place in cooking pot.

    Cook on medium heat until meatballs are done, then simmer.
