- 100 g Unsalted butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 130 g Cake Flour
- 20 g Corn starch
- to taste Vanilla extract,
- 2 tsp Kinako soy bean flour
- 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Shift together flour and corn starch.

3Microwave the butter until it's melted.

4Combine the sugar and butter together.

5Combine flour and corn starch with a spatula.

6Divide the dough into 3.

7Add vanilla for one dough, add kinako for another, and add matcha for the rest.

8Form each dough into small balls.

9Place each color of cookie dough through wooden skewers.

10Place on the parchment paper.

11Wrap handle of skewer in an aluminum foil so it does not catch fire.

12Bake about 10 minutes.

13The cookies shouldn't be browned.

14When it cooled, roll in confections' sugar.
