- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 lb. Crisco
- 1 c. mashed potatoes (save water)
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. warm potato water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 1 cake yeast
Directions

1Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly with hands.

2Place in refrigerator overnight.

3Let rise in pans 2 hours before baking. Roll out and make nut rolls or any other filling will work.
