Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 19 ounces, weight Can Great Northern Or Garbanzo Beans, Half The Liquid Reserved
  • 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

    Add garlic, beans, lemon juice, tahini, reserved bean juice, salt, and cumin in blender.

    Process until creamy and well mixed.

    Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

    Serve with warm pita, chopped up veggies, or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.

    Garbanzo beans are the traditional bean of choice for hummus but we really like Great Northern beans in ours.
