- 4 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
- 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
Directions

1Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan.

2Bring to boil over high heat; stirring only until sugar dissolves.

3Stir in coloring while cooking.

4When the candy reaches 280°, stir in the flavoring oil.

5When the candy reaches 290°, quickly pour into 3 mini ice cube trays or candy trays.

6Let cool and harden about 4 hours.

7Twist trays to pop candy out.

8Store in airtight container.
