Ingredients

  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon oil

Directions

    Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan.

    Bring to boil over high heat; stirring only until sugar dissolves.

    Stir in coloring while cooking.

    When the candy reaches 280°, stir in the flavoring oil.

    When the candy reaches 290°, quickly pour into 3 mini ice cube trays or candy trays.

    Let cool and harden about 4 hours.

    Twist trays to pop candy out.

    Store in airtight container.
