- 2/3 c. water
- 10 drops flavoring of your choice (cherry, lemon extract)
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix in saucepan.

2Place on heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.

3Stir no more.

4Cook to hard crack stage (290°) on candy thermometer.

5Pour candy onto a buttered pan.

6Let it get cold.

7Tap pan on counter to bust into pieces.

8Sprinkle with sugar.
