  • 2 cups sugar
  • 23 cup light Karo syrup (corn)
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring, Lorann Flavor
  • powdered sugar
  • food coloring

Directions

    Mix sugar, syrup and water over medium heat.

    Stir until the sugar discolves.

    Boil without stirring until 310 degrees.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in Flarvor and color.

    Pour on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  7. 7
    Cool (5 hours or overnight) and break.
  8. 8
    Optional: Sprinkle powdered sugar on harden candy to minimize stickiness.
