- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. oil of cinnamon
- red food coloring
Directions

1Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard crack stage using candy thermometer.

2Remove from heat, add oil and food coloring for color desired.

3Pour into large buttered pan.

4Let set for 1 minute.

5Cover a dough board with powdered sugar.

6Pour candy on board.

7Start cutting candy with scissors, work fast as candy sets fast.
