Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. cold water
  • cinnamon oil
  • red food coloring

Directions

    Place sugar, corn syrup and cold water into medium saucepan. Bring to slow boil and cook to hard ball stage (350°).

    Turn off; beat and add 10 drops of cinnamon oil and food coloring.

    Stir and pour onto cookie sheet dusted with cornstarch.

    When cool, break into chips.
