- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. cold water
- cinnamon oil
- red food coloring
Directions

1Place sugar, corn syrup and cold water into medium saucepan. Bring to slow boil and cook to hard ball stage (350°).

2Turn off; beat and add 10 drops of cinnamon oil and food coloring.

3Stir and pour onto cookie sheet dusted with cornstarch.

4When cool, break into chips.
