- 1 1/4 c. oleo
- 7 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. boiling water
- 5 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream oleo with powdered sugar.

2Add boiling water slowly to beaten egg yolks and continue beating until light and lemon colored.

3Add to creamed mixture.

4Fold in egg whites, beat stiff but not dry.

5Add vanilla and lemon extract.

6Yields 1 1/2 quarts or 50 servings.

7Wonderful over Bread Pudding.
