  • 5 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil

    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

    Mix all other ingredients together and mix yeast mixture in.

    Cook at 475°.

    Use the amount you need.

    Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
