- 1 garlic clove, chopped (or more if you like)
- 1 14 cups green lentils
- 14 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 12 cups vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Fry onions in oil until lightly browned.

2Add shallot, garlic, onion, spices, lentils, tomatoes and vegetable stock.
