  • 12 hot green or red peppers
  • 3 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 18 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce to taste, optional

Directions

    Cut off stems of peppers.

    Cut away and discard veins and rest of stems.

    Chop peppers.

    There should be 1/2 cup.

    Add peppers, garlic, oil and cumin to container of an electric blender.

    Blend at high speed to fine liquid.

    Add Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce to taste.
