  • 5 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. tuna, drained or cooked, diced chicken
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
