- 12 lb almonds (shelled)
- 12 lb dates (pitted)
- 12 lb white raisins
Directions

1In a processor, coarsely grind the nuts together.

2Add the dates and raisins.

3Continue to grind everything together until you reach a consistency that is smooth but still has some texture.

4Prepare balls of the mixture about 3/4-inch in diameter.

5Put each ball on a small square of wax paper.

6Serve when wanted during Passover.
