  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets, reserve liquid
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Add vinegar and reserved beet juice; simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Add beets and butter.
