  • 2 cans sliced red beets
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and water and boil for 5 minutes.

    Add beets and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
