- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. sugar or substitute
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Drain liquid from beets into saucepan.

2Blend in cornstarch and heat until thickened.

3Add sugar, margarine and vinegar.

4Add beets and heat thoroughly.

5Serves 4 to 6.
