- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mild vinegar or 6 Tbsp. vinegar and 4 Tbsp. cream
Directions

1Warm beets and drain.

2Cook and stir last 4 ingredients.

3When clear, add beets and stir to coat beets.

4Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.

5Reheat if necessary.
