  • 3/4 lb. lean beef stew meat
  • 2 carrots, sliced 1-inch thick
  • 1 medium potato, sliced
  • 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine beef, carrots, potato, onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf, soup and water in baking dish.
