- 3/4 lb. lean beef stew meat
- 2 carrots, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 medium potato, sliced
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine beef, carrots, potato, onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf, soup and water in baking dish.

2Cover tightly.

3Bake at 275° for 5 hours or 200° for 8 hours.
