  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 c. cooked diced beets
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add water and vinegar.

    Cook on medium heat until thick about 10 minutes.

    Add salt, butter and beets. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
