  • 1/8 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 c. vinegar
  • 1 can beets

Directions

    In saucepan mix cornstarch and sugar.

    Add vinegar and water. Boil 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.

    Add beets and simmer until beets are hot.
