- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Use 1/2 of liquid in can.

3Mix together vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and salt.

4Bring to a boil; add beets and butter.
