- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sliced, cooked beets
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch; add water, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

2Add beets and butter and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
