- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. vinegar, diluted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour and cook slowly, stirring constantly to form a smooth paste.

2Add vinegar, sugar and water; cook until thick.

3Place beets in baking dish.

4Pour sauce over beets.

5Cover lightly.

6Place in oven to cook with rest of oven meal.
