- 1/2 c. lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Prepare and cook beets.

2Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and lemon juice or vinegar and salt together; cook 5 minutes.

3Peel and slice beets; pour mix over beets.
