  • 1 lb. can sliced beets
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. beet liquid
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour in saucepan.

    Add vinegar and beet liquid. Stir to remove any lumps.

    Place over medium heat.

    Add beets, butter and salt to taste.
