  • 1 qt. cooked, cubed or sliced beets
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Drain

    Add sugar and vinegar. Put cornstarch in a small amount of water and add to the beet mixture.
