  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Blend dry ingredients, add vinegar and mix to a smooth paste. Cook 5 minutes.

    Add salt, pepper and sliced beets.

    Simmer over low heat.
