  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. beets
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Add vinegar and beet liquid. Cook and stir constantly until thickened and clear.

    Add beets and margarine.
