- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- cooked beets
Directions

1Mix cornstarch and sugar.

2Add vinegar and water; boil 5 minutes.

3Add beets and let stand 30 minutes to thicken.

4Just before serving, heat on low and add butter (5 to 10 minutes).
