- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 3 c. cooked sliced beets or 2 (16 oz.) drained canned beets
Directions

1In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; slowly stir in vinegar.

2Add butter and minced onions.

3Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat to low, add beets and cook until heated.
